Through a client-led approach, I will help you identify areas of your life and personal habits that may be contributing to your anxiety. We’ll work together to identify goals and ways to make small changes that will create big impacts on your overall wellbeing. I will also introduce you to evidence-based methods for managing your anxiety.
I have worked in healthcare for over a decade, and I have witnessed firsthand how small interventions can make huge differences; small changes in daily routines, a small amount of new information, or something as simple as someone really listening or reflecting something back. These moments can be life-altering. My goal is to serve as an evidence-based guide to lead you back to the healthiest and truest version of yourself.
